Visa Application Form: Application form completely filled and duly signed by the applicant .
Coloured Photograph: 2 Passport size colour photographs with 35mm x 45mm against a white background and dark clothes. face should be facing towards the camera, with hair tied back and ears visible. Photo should be in mate finish and not older than 3 months..Photo should cover 80 % face and 20 % shoulder
Cover Letter: Covering letter from Applicant stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and saying that all the expenses including medical, boarding and lodging will be borne by the Applicant. In case applicant is travelling with someone, their name, relationship with the applicant , occupation and passport details should be mentioned on the covering letter..Accommodation address should be mentioned on covering letter.
Travel Bookings: Ticket Itinerary
Accomodation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.
Financial Document: Bank statement for last 3 months

Documents from Students: NOC & sponsor letter from parents with updated 3 month bank statement.NOC from School/College.School/ College Id card copy
